Seeking help can sometimes feel intimidating and overwhelming. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions to help you navigate any feelings of anxiety and feel comfortable reaching out to me.
How do I book an appointment?
Please note that spaces, particularly after-school and evening, can be extremely limited. It may be worth considering whether you could take your child out of school for an appointment.
What are the costs?
Payment is payable in advance of each session by electronic bank transfer.

What qualifications & experience do you have?
I hold a Level 7 (masters equivalent) Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People from I’m OK, You’re OK, certified by QLS, a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Integrative) from the CPCAB, and am an affiliated member of the BACP.
I currently work exclusively in private practice, and manage the Mind Garden Therapy Centre in Reading. I have also previously worked in two West Berkshire secondary schools counselling young people aged 11-18, for Time To Talk Newbury counselling children and young adults, and for Home Start West Berkshire working with women affected by post natal depression. I have also worked with young adults at a further education college in Oxford.
